Photovoltaic Systems – Installation, Troubleshooting and Financial Incentives

Do you install photovoltaic solar panels?

Yes. We install high-performance photovoltaic systems, intelligently integrated into the existing electrical installation, with options for self-consumption, energy management, and future battery integration.

Do you provide photovoltaic troubleshooting?

Yes. Photovoltaic troubleshooting is an integral part of our expertise.
We intervene in cases of reduced production, faulty inverters, missing protections, or installations abandoned by the original installer.

If your installer has gone out of business or is no longer responding, feel free to contact us. We can support you and take over your photovoltaic installation.

Why do some photovoltaic installations fail?

Failures are often caused by:

  • Installations carried out without real electrical expertise

  • Non-compliant wiring

  • Poor integration into the electrical panel

Photovoltaics is first and foremost an electrician’s profession.

Are there financial incentives for photovoltaic installations?

Yes, under certain conditions.

It is currently possible to benefit from:

  • A reduced VAT rate of 5.5% for installations ≤ 9 kWp, provided that very low carbon footprint panels are used (e.g. BC530) along with an intelligent energy management system.

Each project is individually assessed to determine eligibility.

What is a physical solar battery?

A physical solar battery is equipment installed in the home that stores electricity produced by solar panels for later use, particularly in the evening or during power outages.

It provides:

  • Improved energy autonomy

  • Reduced dependence on the grid

  • Optimized self-consumption

What is a virtual battery?

A virtual battery does not physically store electricity in your home.
Excess energy produced is injected into the grid and credited as energy units that can later be used, according to the supplier’s contractual terms.

This is a contractual solution dependent on a third-party operator.

What is the difference between a physical battery and a virtual battery?

The main difference lies in the storage method:

  • A physical battery stores energy directly in your home

  • A virtual battery relies on a compensation mechanism via the public grid

A physical battery provides greater independence and security, while a virtual battery depends on contractual conditions and grid availability.

Can a virtual battery provide power during a grid outage?

No. In the event of a power outage, a virtual battery cannot supply electricity to the home, as there is no on-site physical storage.

Only a physical battery combined with a backup system can ensure power supply during grid failures.

Which solution is best suited to my installation?

The choice depends on several factors:

  • Your consumption habits

  • Your objectives (autonomy, savings, security)

  • Your existing electrical installation

  • Your budget

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

Do you install EV charging stations?

Yes. We install electric vehicle charging stations suitable for individual homes and collective buildings, in full compliance with current electrical standards.

Are there financial incentives for EV charging station installation?

Yes. Depending on current schemes:

  • GreenDeal06 grant (Alpes-Maritimes): up to €400

  • €500 tax credit for the installation of an intelligent charging station in a residential property

What is an intelligent charging station?

An intelligent charging station adjusts charging power according to household consumption, prevents overloads, and optimizes available energy.
